Floorplanners was established by its current Directors
in 1997. They had noticed a gap in the way that Estate Agents marketed
pre-owned properties. The original way of poor quality photocopying
was quickly being replaced by high quality desktop publishing systems,
and this enabled more information to be provided to the
ever
demanding home-buyer.
As we all become more European the need for size
information was being requested in Square footage terms rather
than just the number of rooms.
A 4 Bedroom House could now be referred to as a
1650 Sq.ft 4 Bedroom House. The provision of a floor plan was always
available from developers that were selling prior to the completion
of a new build project, or on a Million pound plus property that
qualified for a superior full colour brochure.
However we believe all house hunters should be
entitled to the same quality of information, and therefore we introduced
a system that enabled Estate Agents to add a quality floor plan
to any information produced their desktop system or printers,
as well as the ability to add the plan to their website, or a property
search engine.
PREMISES LICENCE– LICENSING ACT 2003
Under the new regulations ALL licensed premises need to apply for the new PREMISES LICENCE in order to continue trading.
All applications will need to be accompanied by a plan of the premises.
