THE LAW IS CHANGING  -- YOU MUST ACT NOW

The Government has decided to reform the Licensing Laws, these changes will affect anyone involved with:

• PUBS, BARS, RESTAURANTS and NIGHTCLUBS
• OFF LICENSES AND ANY SHOPS SELLING ALCOHOL
• PRIVATE CLUBS, SOCIAL OR SPORTS CLUBS SELLING ALCOHOL
• PREMISES PROVIDING PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT
• THEATRES, CINEMAS AND INDOOR SPORTING EVENTS
• ANY BUSINESS SELLING FOOD AFTER 11.00pm

All such operators are required by law to apply for the NEW PREMISES LICENCE Applications are being accepted by your Local Council who will process applications from February 2005, all applications must be submitted by November 2005, After this date all other existing Licence will expire.
