Having established a strong business base, we are now developing a system of franchise operations that will allow others to operate under the Floorplanners name within their own trading area.

We have established a need for this style of service, and more and more house buyers are expecting floor plans as part of sales information from Estate Agents.

Our franchise system would provide equipment and full training that would enable a local operator to establish a regional floorplanning service, which would benefit from the marketing, reputation and support of a well respected mother company.

 Whilst we do not have local measuring teams worldwide, we have on many
occasions been asked to travel to various countries to produce plans of large developments
and holiday homes, such as beach villas and ski chalets.
Please speak to our operations team if you think our service could benefit your requirements.

We are also able to offer production of 2D or 3D plans from previously produced plans.
So if you are in possession of existing architects or sketched floorplans , we are able to
convert those to any of our 2D or 3D formats.
