Simple fact: The copyright on any plan produced by us remains the property of Floorplanners.

When a plan is produced for an Estate Agent, then that agent can reproduce the plan as part of their marketing strategy, however no plan may be reproduced by any other body without the permission of Floorplanners. Any unauthorised use of plans will be invoiced at our unauthorised use rate.

Should any person require copyright to be released on any plan, then this must be discussed at the time that the plan is prepared, and would be invoiced accordingly.
