The copyright on any plan produced by us remains the property of Floorplanners Ltd.
When a plan is produced for an Estate Agent, then that agent can reproduce
the plan as part of their marketing strategy,
However no plan may be reproduced by any other body without the
permission of Floorplanners Ltd..
Any unauthorised use of plans will be invoiced at our unauthorised use rate.
Should any person require copyright to be released on any plan,
then this must be discussed at the time that the plan is prepared,
and would be invoiced accordingly.

COMPLIANCE

All plans are produced in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice

LIABILITIES

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that plans are labelled correctly,
all instructing agents must advise of any changes required,
 before committing to printing costs, or circulating plans to clients.
 
Our regular sales plans have not been produced as a legal document,
and as such do not form part of any contract of purchase. 

Our Land Registry compliant Lease plans, are designed to be part of legal documentation
as such they will form part of the legal agreement.
However it must be noted that as we have not viewed the actual lease documentation,
 ( nor are we trained to do so ), we cannot act upon anything within it.
Therefore can only produce a plan of what is found on site.
The legal representative dealing with the registration is responsible
 for matching the plan to the deeds.
